It looks like all that heartbreak Adele is so good at singing about is finally over. The 24-year-old British singer announced on her website today, June 29, that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend, Simon Konecki.

She wrote:

Im delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx

Now we’re sure she’ll have a lot to sing about on 24 (or whatever she decides to name her next album). Congrats!
